Project Background
The project was part of a major petrochemical development involving a high-temperature large-scale gas-gas coil-wound heat exchanger.
The equipment required stainless steel tubing with demanding dimensional, surface, mechanical and high-temperature performance requirements.
BAOFENG Supply
BAOFENG supplied more than 13,000 S30409 seamless stainless steel tubes in Ø19.05 × 1.4 mm specification, with a total supply weight of approximately 450 tons.
The tubing was used in a large coil-wound heat exchanger with an internal diameter of approximately 6.1 meters and an overall equipment length of around 28 meters.
