Chemical Injection Line Solution

BAOFENG provides long-length seamless coiled tubing solutions for chemical injection systems used in oil & gas production, offshore facilities and process applications. The solution is designed for corrosive media, high-pressure service and long continuous routing where reducing field joints is critical.

Chemical injection lines can be configured according to the injected medium, operating pressure, temperature, corrosion environment, required continuous length and installation conditions.

Typical Applications

BAOFENG chemical injection lines are used for:

Long Continuous Length

Long-length seamless tubing helps reduce intermediate fittings and welded joints along the injection route.

BAOFENG has documented chemical injection projects using continuous seamless tubing well above 2,000 metres per coil. For the Rumaila Oilfield project in Iraq, BAOFENG supplied TP316L 12.7 × 1.24 mm chemical injection tubing, totaling 182,500 metres, with individual coil lengths reaching 2,500 metres.

For suitable sizes and materials, continuous seamless lengths above 3,000 metres are also available according to project requirements.

Extreme-Service Capability

A documented Super Duplex SAF2507 chemical injection line project used:

• OD × WT: 9.53 × 1.65 mm
• Continuous seamless length: 4,050 m
• Dimensional tolerance: ±0.05 mm
• Operating temperature: up to 300°C
• Operating pressure: 15,000 psi

This project was developed for deep-sea and highly corrosive oilfield service, where long continuous tubing significantly reduced connection points and improved installation reliability.
