Common hydraulic control line dimensions include:

• Outside Diameter: 1/8″ to 5/8″ (3.18–15.88 mm)
• Wall Thickness: 0.019″ to 0.083″ (0.5–2.11 mm)

Common combinations include 1/4″, 3/8″, 1/2″ and 5/8″ OD tubing with different wall thicknesses according to pressure and service requirements.

Other dimensions and continuous lengths can be supplied according to project requirements.
