BAOFENG provides encapsulated control line solutions based on long-length seamless coiled tubing for oil & gas, offshore and downhole applications.

The encapsulation forms a protective barrier around the tubing, helping protect the control line from mechanical damage, metal-to-metal contact and exposure to demanding service environments during installation and operation.

Why Encapsulation?

Control lines used in downhole and oilfield systems may be exposed to scratching, denting, crushing and contact with surrounding equipment during installation and operation.

Encapsulation adds an additional protective layer around the tubing and can help:

Long-length seamless tubing reduces the number of intermediate joints along the installation route, helping lower potential leakage points and simplifying field installation.
