Yes. For project-based orders, BAOFENG can review customer requirements for inspection, testing, documentation and third-party witnessing before production. This may include ITP requirements, material certificates, NDT reports, PMI, hydrostatic testing, dimensional inspection, traceability records, packing documentation and other project-specific documents.

Material traceability is maintained through heat number identification, material records, production documentation, inspection records and final marking. Depending on project requirements, these records can be linked with MTCs, inspection reports and shipment documents so that material information remains traceable from production through delivery.

Depending on project requirements, BAOFENG can support PMI, UT, ET, hydrostatic testing, dimensional inspection, visual inspection and third-party inspection. We can also provide EN 10204 3.1 / 3.2 material certificates, inspection reports, certificates, heat number records, traceability documents, packing documents and other project documentation as required.
