Project Background
Downhole safety valve control lines operate in demanding oil and gas environments where high pressure, corrosion resistance and tubing reliability are critical.
For JEREH, the tubing requirement involved a high-strength, corrosion-resistant alloy suitable for high-pressure service and potentially aggressive operating conditions.
BAOFENG Supply
BAOFENG supplied Alloy 825 seamless coiled tubing in Ø9.53 × 2.11 mm size for the project.
The tubing was specified for a working pressure of 105 MPa, while factory hydrostatic testing was performed at 150 MPa.
The combination of corrosion-resistant material, seamless construction and high-pressure testing supported the reliability requirements of the downhole safety valve application.
