Project Background
The Rumaila Oilfield required long-length stainless steel tubing for chemical injection service, where corrosion resistance, pressure reliability and reduced connection points were important for field operation.
BAOFENG Supply
BAOFENG supplied TP316L seamless coiled tubing in 12.7 × 1.24 mm size for the project. The total supply reached approximately 65 tons and 182,500 meters, with individual seamless coil lengths reaching up to 2,500 meters.
The long continuous tubing design helped reduce intermediate joints and potential leakage points compared with conventional short-length tubing installations.
