Project Background
The Shaanxi Weihua project required seamless stainless steel coiled tubing for the manufacture of a high-pressure coil-wound heat exchanger.
For this type of equipment, tubing consistency, corrosion resistance and reliable forming performance are important to support the fabrication and long-term operation of the heat exchanger.
BAOFENG Supply
In 2017, BAOFENG supplied approximately 38.8 tons of S30403 seamless stainless steel coiled tubing in Ø15 × 1.1 mm specification to Kaifeng Air Separation Group Co., Ltd. for the Shaanxi Weihua high-pressure coil-wound heat exchanger project.
The tubing was used in the manufacture of the coil-wound heat exchanger.
