Project Background
Shandong Haomai manufactures coil-wound heat exchanger equipment and requires a stable supply of stainless steel tubing for ongoing production.
Previously, purchasing fixed-length straight tubing according to each completed design could require approximately two to three months of procurement lead time.

BAOFENG established a long-term supply relationship with Shandong Haomai, supplying approximately 500 tons of seamless stainless steel coiled tubing annually for coil-wound heat exchanger manufacturing.
By using long-length coiled tubing that could be purchased in advance and cut according to final design requirements, the customer gained greater flexibility during equipment fabrication.
After the heat exchanger design was finalized, tubing preparation could begin as early as the following day instead of waiting for project-specific fixed-length straight tubing procurement.
